- Guest management, providing assistance with out of town guest packages and gifts, seating charts and family guest accommodation
- Rehearsal coordination (up to 2 hours)
- Final vendor confirmations, distribution of timeline and final payments two weeks prior to the event
- Full wedding day coordination – additional coordinators may be required depending on the size of the wedding
- Use of the wedding day emergency kit if necessary
- Ceremony and reception set up and take down.
